Conflict Resolution in workplace

This training will help you identify and analyze conflict situations in which it is possible, useful and relevant to intervene. In 2, 3 or 5 days, you will learn to apply the spirit and alternative methods of conflict resolution and mediation.

After the training, the participants will be:

• Being able to identify and analyze conflict situations in which it is possible, useful and relevant to intervene
  Know how to initiate and conduct a mediation process with their agreement with the parties involved to resolve or reduce the scope of the conflict.
• Know the precautions to respect to maintain its integrity and balance despite its intervention.
